My name is Kaylee. I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021 from College of Saint Benedict and St. John's University. I further pursued my academic career by completing my dietetic internship and graduate degree from Concordia College, Moorhead in 2023. As a driven learner by heart and mind, I currently work part-time as a campus dietitian working with students and collegiate athletes. I currently hold licensure in the states of Minnesota and North Dakota.
The amount of nutrition information available to us is expansive (which is great), but can also be overwhelming!
With all of the nutrition information that is available to us - it typically only tells us WHAT we should be doing, and not HOW we should apply the information and recommendations to our lives. I am driven to counsel and provide care in the way you need to find freedom and fulfillment in food for your performance. Nutrition counseling appointments are client-driven as we spend our time working together on HOW to take WHAT you know (and learning new things) about nutrition and applying it to your reality.
In my free time, I enjoy being active with CrossFit classes, hiking, or rock climbing, trying new recipes, reading, watching documentaries (or a good ole reality show), taking supportive actions towards my Christian faith, spending time with friends and family, and/or anything sparking creativity.
